Smoked yogurt mutton is a nice and delicious recipe. It is a slow cooked BBQ aromatic dish. The greatest dhowan dahi gosht recipe for those of us who want that wonderful smoke flavor, with no hassle at the grill. It is one of the favourite dishes of my family and friends . When ever we go to some friends party they request me to cook this wonderful dish .

Smoked yogurt mutton is a nice and delicious recipe. It is a slow cooked BBQ aromatic dish. Steps

Cut the meat in small pieces

Heat the oil in a pan and chopped garlic and ginger Paste,
Soute few minutes - 3
Then add meat mix nicely and keep stirring until meat becomes fluffy.

Cover with a lid, let it simmer on lowest flame until meat release all liquid.

Keep stirring until dry

Add all dry spices in yogurt and mix them together.

Marinated Yogurt add in meat mix them together and cover with a lid and let it simmer. Until tender

Add onion slices if you like more gravy (onion is optional) let simmer for 3,4 minutes.

Charcoal put on flame to burn, take a aluminium foil cup or a steel bowl, put it on meat then put burnt charcoal on it

Drop few drop of oil on the charcoal and immediately cover with a lid, until smoke flew away.

Before serving:
Transfer the meat in a serving bowl, add some onion rings or slices then pour yogurt on top.
Put again aluminium foil cup or steel bowl on top. - 12
Add burnt charcoal and few drops of water cover with lid immediately, until smoke flew away.

Remove the aluminium foil cup and charcoal.
Serve smoked meat with Rogni naan.
