  • 1onion
  • 1tomato
  • 6Garlic
  • 8chilli
  • 1Brinjal
  • 1potato
  • as requiredCoriander leaves
  • 1 spooncoriander powder
  • 2 spoonGaram masala powder
  • 1/2 spoonPanch phoran
  • 1Cinnamon
  • 1Star anis
  • 1/2Turmeric powder
  • 1/4kasmiri chilli powder
  • as per tasteSalt

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    First of all, soak the Gros Pois in water for 12 hours.

    Then boil up to 10 cities in the press cooker along with the potato

    Then the oil is to be heated in the pan

    Now everything has to be put into it Cinnamon, Star anis, panch phoran, chilli, garlic, onion, brinjal and fry it

    Now add tomatoes and mix.

    Now boiled potatoes have to be added

    All the spices and water have to be added

    Now I have to add Gross Poise
