  • 500milk
  • 50 gsugar
  • 3 tbsp variyali fennel seeds
  • 3 tbsp khus khus
  • 1/2 cup almonds
  • 3 tbsp gulkand
  • 5 Elaichi
  • as requiredKesar
  • as neededRose petals

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    Soaked all ingredients in water for 5 hours. Boiled the milk for 10 milk add sugar and keep aside. When it comes on room temperature keep it in the freeze.

    Now crushed them in a nice smooth paste. Sieve it. Now add this in boiled milk. Mix well and add kesar last moment.

    Serve chilled.
