Steps

Take oil in a wok, heat it, add bhindi,fry it till light brown do not overcook it, keep aside.

Add haldi,dhania, and red chilli powder stir fry it for a while.

Add tomato kaju puree and salt,stir fry it for a while.

Now, add garam masala and dahi,mix well.

Now, bhindi stirs in nicely,lower the flame,cover it with the lid,cook it till done, do not stir in between.

Open the lid now,add ghee, increase the flame just give a gentle stir for a minute.

Switch off the flame now,take out in a serving dish.

Serve it with roti.
