Teriyaki chicken wings

Whisk water, soy sauce, ginger, garlic,salt, corn flour and spices. Add chicken wings, coat with the marinade, cover the bowl and marinate for at least 2hrs in the fridge.

Remove the chicken and put in a pan with cooking oil and let it brown on both sides, add the remaining marinade and let it cook properly.

When it dries up, add honey and let cook for about 2min then add sesame seeds, turn it slightly then serve.

Garnish with spring onion.
