Steps

First mix hung curd, mayonnaise, Lemon juice (or can use vinegar), salt & white pepper. Mix well and set aside.

Take some oil and fry the chicken patty and Chapli Kabab from the both sides.

Now assemble the burger, dry roast burger from plain sides, spread hung curd sauce at one side, place chicken patty.

Pour some ketchup and place Chapli Kabab then pour some more ketchup and place iceberg on it, on the top add 1 tesp of more hung curd sauce and cover with then other side of burger.
