Steps

Firstly remove the seeds of jackfruit then heat a kadhai add oil for defrying then defry all the jackfruit keep aside

Then remove excessive oil then add slicely cut onions cook until it crisp then add tomatoes

Salt as per taste,2tsp garam masala, 1tsp red chilli powder,cook for 10min then add kathal cook for more min
- 4
Then add 4cup water close the lid cook for 20min.it's ready
