  • 2Boiled Potatoes mashed
  • 1 tspRed chili powder
  • 1/2 tspsalt or according to taste
  • 1/4 tspgaram masala
  • 1/4 tspCarom Seeds
  • 3-4 teaspoonsButter

    Take a bowl. Add mashed potatoes and all dry ingredients. Mix well.

    Take a bread spread Potato masala. Take another bread slice spread butter.

    Cover with each other.

    Heat a tava. Put bread. Cook both sides till golden brown.

    Cut in triangle and serve with tea / Sos. Your choice.
