Easy Green Bean and Bacon Salad

When I was single and in hospital I got this delicious salad from another person who was in the same hospital room as me so I tried recreating it.
My family (especially the children!) love it so I made it into a recipe.
It's best to boil the green beans until they seem a little overdone so that they are soft and easier to eat.
The bacon seems easier to eat for children if it's not fried. Recipe by Ganchan no ouchi
