Add the flour and salt to a stand mixer with a beater attached. With the speed on low, gradually pour in the oil, then the water.

The ingredients should come together quite quickly to form a dough, although you may have to use your hands at the end if the mixture is a bit dry. Adjust by adding a touch more water (if the dough is too try) or flour (if it's too wet).
