Mix all the ingredients for the dough and leave aside for half an hour

Meanwhile add chopped garlic, ginger, cumin and green chilli to 2 tbsp oil. Then add chopped onions. Add in coriander and potato and mix. Then leave to cool down

Divide the dough into tennis ball sizes. Roll out into chapati thickness and cut into half

Stick together the 2 corners and the flat side of the dough forming a cone shape. Fill with the stuffing and close. Repeat with all

Heat the oil in the fry pan to med-high then add samosas. Then bring down to med-low and fry 5-6 mins. Then bring back to med-high and fry till golden brown for about 3-4mins
