Grilled Kofta Sandwiches

Strain the chopped onions to remove excess water. Add them to the ground beef along with the ground lamb fat, spices, and salt. Mix everything together well, then refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Take skewers and shape portions of the meat mixture onto them, wetting your hands with onion water to help shape the kofta. Grill over charcoal, turning frequently until cooked through.

Split the rolls and fill them with the kofta. Serve with grilled chili peppers. Enjoy!
