Banana date shake is an all natural energy drink with no added sugar. Make this in the morning and you’re full for a few hours!
No dairy, no crazy ingredients, just nature's sweetness with a little coconut milk. This thick shake has the rich taste of dates and is loaded with all healthy nutritents This one is super delicious and is one my favourite shake

In a blender, add chopped bananas, coconut milk, cinnamon powder, dates and blend this to make a thick date shake

Now, add ice cubes and blend for few seconds.

Pour in a fancy glass and garnish it with crushed almonds.
