Ingredients

1 serving
  • 1 cupWheat flour
  • 1 tbspGhee
  • 1Egg
  • Small onion chopped
  • 1 bigGreen chilli
  • Salt as required

    Knead flour and keep aside for 10minutes. Now roll and make Partha. Cook on Tara with apply ghee both sides, till golden.

    On Partha, keep egg omelette and Roll paratha and Enjoy with Hot Tea.

    In bowl, add egg, onion and chopped green chilies with salt. Whisk well. Heat oil and fry egg, from both sides.
