Take a heavy bottom Kadai. Put oil and onions and fry till it becomes pink add
all the spices (except pao bhaji masala and degi mirch) fry for another 1 minutes - 2
Add chopped tomatoes and fry for another 3-4 minutes or until it releases oil.

First, add cauliflower fry for another 1 minute. Add capsicum and all other vegetables. Pour 1 cup of water and cover it.

After 5-7 minutes all vegetables get cooked then mash it properly. Again cook for another 5 minutes.

Take another pan. Add butter ginger garlic fry for one minute then add pao bhaji masala and degi mirch. Add this tadka in bhaji and mix properly.
Garnish with butter, fresh coriander and green chilli. - 6
In a non-stick tawa fry pao with butter and serve hot with lachha onions
