Panakhs Pan Cake

This is my first recipe here. Hope you all like it. I have named these yum dish as 'Panakh's' pan cake as these were taught to me by my sweet not so little 11yo daughter Panakh. Yes you read it right!!! She had surprised me with this recipe once I was back from office. She tried it from searching on Google. Simple yet taste some!!! #MyFirstRecipe
Panakhs Pan Cake

Mix flour n milk in a bowl and make a batter of thick consistency like of idli batter.

Add sugar/honey with a pinch of salt. Salt enhances the taste. Add baking powder at this stage. Mix well until the sugar dissolves. Keep aside for 5-8 mins.

Hit the pan on medium flame. Pour a ladle full on pan and cover it for 1-2 mins on medium flame. Turn n cover again to let it cook from the other side too. Cook until it appears golden. You can add butter for richness.

Take out it in a plate. Drizzle chocolate syrup or any syrup or sauce as per your taste and relish it hot. You can also serve them stacked and then add syrup. Happy cooking.
