Steps

Mix the flour and yeast

Add baking powder, salt, sugar and 2 spoonful of milk. Mix thoroughly

Add the egg yolk to the flour mix.
Mix the remaining part of milk in cold water and pour into the flour mix - 4
Knead until smooth

Add butter and continue kneading for 10-12 minutes until the butter is well mixed into the dough

Divide into number of doughnuts you want and roll into balls. Cover and allow to rest for 15mins

Press each ball flat out. Using an item with small diameter to cut out the centre (I used a wine bottle cover)
Cover and set aside for 30-40mins

Deep fry on low heat
