Rinse tuna.

Place tuna in food processor. Add salt, pepper, baking soda, baking powder and 3 eggs. Blend until thick and creamy.

Pour in pre buttered or oiled loaf pan.

Cook 20 min or till golden, at 180-200 C in pre heated oven.

Let cool in oven with door slightly open.
