Ingredients

2 servings
  1. A fewleaves of romaine lettuce
  2. 2cabbage leaves
  3. 1tomato
  4. 2cucumbers
  5. 1/2small sweet pepper
  6. 1little chopped parsley, fresh thyme, and mint
  7. 1small onion
  8. Olive oil
  9. Pomegranate molasses
  10. Salt to taste
  11. Toasted pita bread
  12. 1/2lemon
  13. 1 teaspoonvinegar

    Wash the vegetables, cut them into medium-sized pieces, and mix them together.

  2. 2

    Add the lemon juice, pomegranate molasses, salt, vinegar, olive oil, and thinly sliced onion. Mix well.

  3. 3

    Garnish with toasted pita bread and serve.
