Ingredients

  • A fewleaves of romaine lettuce
  • 2cabbage leaves
  • 1tomato
  • 2cucumbers
  • 1/2small sweet pepper
  • 1little chopped parsley, fresh thyme, and mint
  • 1small onion
  • Olive oil
  • Pomegranate molasses
  • Salt to taste
  • Toasted pita bread
  • 1/2lemon
  • 1 teaspoonvinegar

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Wash the vegetables, cut them into medium-sized pieces, and mix them together.

  2. 2

    Add the lemon juice, pomegranate molasses, salt, vinegar, olive oil, and thinly sliced onion. Mix well.

  3. 3

    Garnish with toasted pita bread and serve.
