Steps

First make thandai masala. Grind ingredients individually and mix them well.

Mix evaporated milk, condensed milk and fresh cream well. Add 4-5 tbs thandai masala. Stir it. Put this mixture into refrigerator for 2 hrs for soaking.

Now pour this mixture into mold or plastic cup. Put into freezer for 8-9 hrs

Now remove from mold carefully. Thandai kulfi is ready.
