Preheat the oven to 180°C / 160°C for fan oven

Mix together ingredients all of your ingredients

Bring together to form a rough dough in a sausage shape, it will be roughly 34 cm long (I divided the dough into two and made two 17cm sausages as this was a better fit for my baking tray)

Dust a lined baking tray with some extra caster sugar then roll your dough through the sugar

Bake for 30 minutes in the preheated oven and then place on a cooling rack for 5 minutes before slicing into 1cm thick slices

Reduce the oven temperature to 120°C / 100°C for a fan oven, place the biscotti slices on their side and return to the oven for 40 minutes

Turn them over and cook for another 20 minutes before serving
