Wash the beans and remove the cover + pepper + scotch bonnets grind it soft with less water

Beat batter well until fluffy

Add Maggi +salt and continue beating

If the batter is too hard u can add little water as appropriate

Preheat oil using low flame (DNT allow it to be too hot because it won't allow inside to fry well)

Use spoon and drop it bit bit gently

When one side is fried then u turn to the other side

Take them off the oil and place it in a collander to drain the oil

U can serve it with pap

This is the third cake I've tried in the food processor and rice cooker. I thought it would be nice to make a slightly Japanese-tasting cake this time.This recipe just relies on the food processor and rice cooker so it's very simple. You can also use normal canned adzuki beans. Cooking time and number of times you have to switch it back on will vary depending on rice cooker so please check on the cake yourself and decide when the rice cooker needs switching off.
