First take cottage cheese,crumbled it. Then add caster sugar.Mix well and make a dough.

Now for stuffing - take 1 tbsp dry coconut powder and cocoa powder,add 1 tsp sweetened condensed milk.Mix well. Stuffing is ready.

Now for egg - take cottage cheese dough,take small portion of it.Flatten it on palm add 1 tsp of stuffing.Close it and make egg shape.make more eggs like this.

For presentation - take remaining dry coconut powder and cocoa powder,mix well.Take a tray,spread this mix on tray. Then put prepared egg and decorate it with sweet fennel seeds.cottage cheese easter egg is ready. Enjoy.
