In a mixie add mint leaves, green chilli, ginger, garlic, coriander leaves, salt, grind it.

In a bowl add chicken, grinded paste and marinate 1hour.

In a pan add marinated chicken and close the lid for five min in low flame.do not add water.after 5 min open the lid and saute it. Saute until water dry.

After the water dried,saute till it roast. Now the green chicken roast ready. Enjoy your chicken.
