Ingredients

15 to 20 minute
6 people
  • 1 litremilk
  • 4 tbspcustard powder
  • 3-4 dropsvanilla essence
  • 1 cupFresh cream
  • 1 cupsugar
  • 1apple
  • 1banana
  • 1 cupgrapes
  • 1 cuppomegranates
  • handful raisins
  • 1/4 cup Cashwes
  • 1/4 cup almonds

Steps

15 to 20 minute
  1. 1

    Take 1 ltr of milk and in a thick pan and give the milk a boil in medium flame.

  2. 2

    At this time take 4tbsp custard powder in a bowl and mix it in 1 cup of cold milk.

  3. 3

    When the milk comes to a boil slow the flame and add the custard mix little by little and keep stirring.

  4. 4

    Add 1 cup of sugar and keep stirring the mixture clock wise.

  5. 5

    When the mixture started thickening turn off the flame and keep it aside for cool down.

  6. 6

    When the custard mix comes to it's room temperature add 3 to 4 drops of vanilla extract and 1 cup of fresh cream to the mixture and mix it well.

  7. 7

    Then keep the custard mix in a covered bowl in the fridge for at least 6 to 7 hours or overnight.

    At this time chop some apples, bananas,grapes and keep the fruits in fridge for half hour. It'll enhance the taste

  9. 9

    When the custard mix completely chilled add the fruits, dry fruits and serve chilled in a bowl.

    You can also serve this with some vanilla ice cream.
