Buttered roast potatoes

Steps

Chop potatoes to desired shape, and clean thoroughly.
Bring a pot to a boil, add the desired spices then the poratoes and boil for 7 minutes or until fork tender.
Drain the water then toss the potatoes with a tablespoon of butter and black pepper - 2
Lay out the tossed potatoes on a lined baking tray and bake for 30 minutes at 180°C.

Serve while hot with ketchup.
