Take abowl. Add besan salt red chilli powder hing haldi n ajwayan mix well add hot oil 1tbs n bk soda again. Mix well make tight dough

Now Make it smooth with oil n anthor side hit oil on the flem besan dough put into sev sanch (making sev machin)

Cover lid n make gathiya in hot oil

Turn anthor side n cook it till its becomes pink n crispy serve with Garam chay fried green chilli n onion slices
