Preboil the sausages in hot boiling water for 5 mins

Remove them from water then deep fry them till golden brown

Take the sliced onions and deepfry them too then put them on a kitchen towel to drain excess oil.

Cut the pastry to squares,then place a sausage in then middle with some onions and then seal with the help of a fork then egg wash them.

Bake at 180⁰ till they get a good golden color
