Bind the dough and give rest for 10 minutes.

Take a pan. Add mustard, jeera, fennel and coriander seeds. Add finely chopped onion. Saute for some time. Add masala.

Add besan. Roast it on low flame. Add mashed potatoes and mix it well. Let it cool.

Once it is cool, divide into equal portions. Also divide the dough into equal portions. Roll the dough. Place the stuffing and cover it properly.

Give rest for some time. Flat it gently and deep fry until it becomes golden in colour on low flame. Enjoy.
