Instant Semolina-Wheat Flour Dosa

Take a mixing bowl sieve the semolina and wheat flour. Add salt. Mix well. Now combine curd.

Mix well and add water gradually to make lumps free batter of dosa consistency. Whisk nicely.

Cover and keep aside for 15 minutes.

Check the batter's consistency, if thick add little water. Whisk gently and add baking powder. Mix well

On medium flame heat nonstick Tawa. Grease with few drops of oil. Drizzle water over the tawa and wipe it.

On simmer pour the dosa batter center of the tawa, spread evenly in a circle.

On high flame cook dosa until becomes turn into golden brown from below side. Apply oil /ghee/butter all sides and top of the dosa.

Now roll the dosa and take out in serving plate. Same process apply to make all Dosa.

Healthy and delicious Semolina Dosa serve with any type of dip. Enjoy!!
