First, wash tomatoes.in a pan put oil chopped onion, capsicum and tomatoes saute it.

Add cashew and Kasuri methi mix well. Let it cool down.

After colling churn into a mixture jar and make a gravy.

In another pan add oil,ghee and red chilli powder and prepare a gravy.

Add all the masala. Mix it properly and cook till oil gets separated from the gravy.

Before adding paneer to the gravy put it in hot water for some time.so it will become soft.

Add paneer into the gravy and last add cream in to it
and mix well. - 8
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve with paratha or rice.
