Ingredients

45 min and max 1 hour
4 servings
  • 500 gmschicken (medium size pieces)
  • 250 gmsonion
  • 1 cupCurd
  • Half tsp red chillies
  • 1 tbspCoriander leaves
  • 1/2 spoonGaram masala
  • 1/2 HalfCumin powder
  • 1/2 spoonfennel powder
  • 1 Bay leaves
  • 1/2 spoonKasuri methi
  • 1/2 spoonBlack pepper
  • As per taste Salt

Steps

45 min and max 1 hour
  1. 1

    Take a any conman and put some oil first then put some grinned onion and wait for some time until its colour change to pink or golden cover the mixture properly and try to mixing it continuously otherwise its gonna burn.

  2. 2

    Take a chicken and mix all masala and curd etc. Then take chicken and put into conman and then take coriander and mix it in grinder machine when it looks like gravy put into conman with chicken and put it on-low gas. Your chicken will be ready in 45 mins.
