Cheesy and Delicious Natto and Cheese in Aburaage

This is my husband's creation. He was inspired by a TV program.
The slices of aburaage scorch easily, so be careful! (Especially the ones where the excess oil hasn't been removed) Recipe by uta5

Steps
- 1
Combine the sauce (and the mustard if desired) that comes with the natto package, chopped Japanese leek and natto.
- 2
Cut the aburaage in half (blanch the aburaage if you prefer).
- 3
Pack the natto mixture and the cheese in the aburaage. Secure the opening with a toothpick. It tastes better with a lot of cheese.
- 4
Pan-fry them in a skillet until browned and the cheese is melted and done Enjoy it while the cheese is still melting!
