6 Adults
  • 6Pork Chops
  • 1 Can (10 1/2 oz)Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 1Medium Onion
  • 5 ozMinute Rice

Steps

1 Hour
  1. 1

    Preheat oven 325 F. Trim fat (leave 1/4 inch) Put fat in Cast Iron Skillet. Medium High flame. Brown both sides of chops. Set aside. Brown the Onion. Put Chops in Pan, add Rice, Soup. Cover with Foil

  2. 2

    Roast 1 hour. Rest 10 Minutes. Plate. Serve.
