  • 1 3/4 cupsflour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoonbaking powder
  • 1/4 tspbicarbonate of soda
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • 1/2 cupgranulated sugar
  • 1/4 cupraisins
  • 2eggs
  • 1 cupmashed over ripe bananas
  • 2 ozmargarine

Steps

  1. 1

    Sift first four ingredients into the bowl. Add sugar and raisins. Stir in eggs mashed bananas and margarine

  2. 2

    Loaf tin on he centee shelf at 350_°F for 50 minutes
