I wanted to make a Spanish omelette but didn't have a good size pan so I decided to make something similar using my oven 😋🥚

Thinly slice the potato and onion. Chop the garlic into small pieces. Beat the eggs in a bowl, add milk, and mix well. Preheat the oven at 210℃.

Put olive oil, butter, and garlic in a heated pan. Add the minced meat and stir-fry until the meat turns brown.

Add the sliced potato and onion into the pan and stir-fry until the vegetables are cooked. Season with salt and pepper and take the pan off of the stove.

Pour the egg mixture into the pan and mix. Pour everything into a baking dish and top with shredded cheese.

Bake in the oven at 210℃ for 15-20 mins. Serve with ketchup. Enjoy!
