Wash and soak urad daal and rice minimum 5hours add methi dana to urad dal. Grind both daal and rice in smooth paste keep overnight for fermentation you can add pinch of soda or baking powder also. Add salt in batter in morning.

Grease dosa tawa with oil spread batter nicely pour ghee on dosa. Cook till it turn golden brown.

Serve with peanuts chutney
