  1. 200 gramsleek greens
  2. 1large yellow onion
  3. Extra virgin olive oil
  4. Optional: 1 tablespoon of cream

  1. 1

    Wash the leaves and cut them into small pieces.

    Sauté the onion until golden, then add the leek.

    When soft and cooked, adjust the salt and blend everything thoroughly.

    To make a spreadable sauce, add 2 cups of vegetable broth and two tablespoons of cream to make a leek soup.
