When I tried using oyster sauce for carpaccio once it was amazingly good, so that's been the standard in our house since then.
Please adjust the amount of soy sauce to taste.

Cut the avocado in half, take out the pit and remove the skin, and slice. Slice the tuna to about the same thickness as the avocado slices.

Mix the ◎ ingredients together in a bowl. Arrange the avocado and tuna alternately on a plate, and sprinkle with chopped green onion. Serve with the sauce on the side.
