Ingredients

  1. 2Corn cobs
  2. as requiredtoothpick
  3. As neededwater for boiling corn
  4. 4 tbspCournflour
  5. 4 tbspRice flour
  6. as per tasteSalt
  7. as requiredBlack pepper
  8. as requiredLemon juice
  9. For spice mix
  10. 1 tbspAmchur powder (mango)
  11. 1 tbspgarlic powder
  12. 1 tbspjeera powder
  13. 1 tbspchat masala
  14. 1 tbspblack pepper powder
  15. 1 tbsppink salt
  16. 1 tbspkashmiri red chilli powder

Cooking Instructions

    Cut the corn according to toothpick measurements. Cut the corn from between into two half. Insert a toothpick sick into corn kernels. By applying pressure corn kernels will get removed.

    Now boil the water and then add corn kernels and boil for 5 to 7 mins. Strain and cool down corn and keep aside.

    Now for spice mix take a bowl add Kashmir red chilli powder, chat Masala, black pepper, amchur powder, garlic powder, jeera powder, pink salt, normal salt all 1 tbsp mix all the spices and keep aside

    In a mixing bowl add the boiled corn then add rice flour, cournflour, salt to taste, black pepper mix all and coat well on the corn without adding water. Deep freeze all the coated corn.

    Heart oil in a pan then add small batches of corn and fry on high heat.

    Remove the fried corn on the paper towel, squeeze lemon juice and sprinkle all the spice mix and coat it nicely all over the corn by tossing it.

    Enjoy this appetizer with ketchup or any do of your choice.
