Cooking Instructions
- 1
Roast peanuts until light golden. Chop walnuts and peanuts quite small, but don't grind into a flour.
- 2
Soak dried fruit for 10 min in boiling water. Then finely chop and mix with nuts. You may use blender to homogenise ingredients.
- 3
Add liquid honey and mix well.
- 4
Wet your hands with water and form walnut sized balls. Leave in a fridge for an hour.
- 5
Melt chocolate in a water bath or in a microwave (whatever you prefer), dip walnut balls into chocolate and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
Voilà!

Wendy's chocolate marshmallow fudge Wendy's chocolate marshmallow fudge
My sister-in-law makes the best fudge and this is her recipe. You can substitute white chocolate for the dark chocolate but use slightly less sugar to counter the extra sweetness. I added some dried cranberries for a festive treat. Grating the chocolate takes time but you can use a blender or food processor.Bellhorse
