Put the natto into a bowl and mix well for 1 minute.

Transfer the natto to another bowl and eat it as a side dish to rice.

Put the ice cream into the bowl that has the stickiness from the natto and mix together well with the leftover stickiness.

Your Turkish ice cream is ready! It also gets rid of the smell from the natto!!

Mix just a slight amount of soy sauce in and it becomes mitarashi-style. This only works with vanilla ice cream.
