Ingredients

2 cups
  1. 1 cup(8oz/240g) heavy whipping cream(36% fat content works best
  2. 2 teaspoonlemon juice (or white vinegar)
  3. 1/4 cup(2oz/60g/60ml) milk

Cooking Instructions

    Add all the ingredients in a jar and shake well

  2. 2

    Cover the jar with a piece of towel paper and wrap with an elastic band

  3. 3

    Leave to settle for 24 hours

  4. 4

    After 24 hours the mixture will separate so mix with a spoon and done! Your sour cream is ready
