Diet-Friendly Okara & Yogurt Scones

I made this to be simple and low-calorie.
Keep an eye on the scones while they're baking and adjust the cooking time accordingly. If using a toaster-oven, bake them for about 15 minutes.
Once the surfaces have browned, break off a piece of one scone and if it comes off easily, it's done.
