  • 1 cupFlour
  • 3 tbspGhee
  • half tspSalt
  • Water as required

  1. 1

    First take a big bowl add flour in it add salt in it

    Mix well add little water Knead it to make hard dow

  3. 3

    Add ghee in it Knead it till become soft make 2 bolls

  4. 4

    Now take 1 ball roll it with a rolling pan

  5. 5

    Cut with knife aur pizza cutter

    Round again make lachaa ball

    Now fry in a pan in gher

    Ready to serve with egg or omlette
