Cut brinjals in half add salt, turmeric powder and rest for 12- 15 mins.

Now fry brinjals in mustard oil.

Fry till golden brown.

Now keep it aside and in that same oil add black cumin seeds then add the black mustard, yellow mustard, coconut, poppy seed, green chilli, turmeric powder paste.

Saute for 3-4 minsthen add xurdand coconut milk.

Add water to adjust thickness of the gravy.

Now add the fried brinjals one by one.

Cover and cook for few more minutes. Serve with white rice.
