Ingredients

30 minutes
4 servings
  1. 3 cupsboiled rice
  2. 1 cupyogurt
  3. 1 cupbesan
  4. 1large onion chopped
  5. 3green chillies chopped
  6. 1 tbsproasted and crushed cumin
  7. 1 tbspred chilli powder
  8. 1/2 tbspred chilli flakes
  9. Salt to taste
  10. Water to make paste
  11. 2 tbspcoriander leaves

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Soak cooked rice in yogurt and leave for 1 hour

    Now add to it onions, green chillies, coriander leaves

    Now add all the mentioned spices and gram flour

    Add suitable amount of water to make a paste for pakoras

    Now deep fry in hot oil until golden and crispy
