Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 1 largepiece Chicken thigh
  2. 2 tbspSoy sauce
  3. 2 tbspMirin
  4. 2 tspHoney

Cooking Instructions

    Using a fork, make holes into the skin of the chicken, and soak it in the seasoning sauce for about 1 hour. Use a plastic bag so that the seasoning sauce coats evenly.

    Put about 4 disposable chop sticks on a plate, and put the chicken on top. Place the skin side down.

    Microwave it for about 10 minutes. In the picture, I microwaved at 500 W for 6 minutes. You can tell that the chicken is cooked trough when the juices run clear.

    The skin is browned and shiny and the excess oil should render out.
