Take nicely washed and clean 1 kg chicken and make deep gashes to chicken

Take hung curd in a bowl. Add ginger garlic paste and Put in all the spices. Garam masala, red chilli powder, black pepper powder, tandoori masala (optional).
Add lime juice.
Add red food colour (optional)
Mix well. - 3
Marinate chicken in it. Cover it and refrigerate for 3 to 4 hours.

Heat a pan add 3 to 4 tablespoons of oil
Place the chicken on tawa
Regulate the heat to medium
Flip the chicken after 5 minutes
Flip them again after 5 minutes - 5
Take the chicken out and sprinkle some chat masala
Serve tandoori chicken with slices onion and garnish with coriander leaves
