  2. 1 Bag (5 oz)Doritos
  3. 2Eggs
  4. 3 Tablespoonscornmeal (optional)
  5. Fine salt
  6. Ground pepper
  7. Garlic powder

    Cut the chicken breast in half lengthwise, then slice it into not-too-large strips. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Cut one end of the Doritos bag (to let the air out), then crush them with a rolling pin until finely ground. Alternatively, you can put the Doritos in a bowl and crush them with your fingers or a pestle.

    Add 3 tablespoons of cornmeal (optional) and mix. Dip each chicken strip into the beaten eggs.
